TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR LEAD LION SYSTEMS

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Lead Lion Systems ("Lead Lion" or "we") and govern your use of the services provided by Lead Lion. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement
and any additional terms and conditions that we may provide to you from time to time.

Services

Lead Lion provides a platform for lead generation and management services, including but not limited to website optimization, email marketing, and lead tracking. We may offer additional services in the future, which will be governed by this Agreement.

Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services provided by Lead Lion. We may modify our fees at any time, but we will provide notice of any fee changes before they take effect. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and is non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Lead Lion, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and copyrighted material, are the property of Lead Lion or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any of our content or
materials without our express written permission.

Confidentiality

Lead Lion may disclose confidential information to you in the course of providing services under this Agreement. You agree to keep all confidential information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Lead Lion's liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by you for the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to immediately stop using Lead Lion's services and to return or destroy any confidential information provided by Lead Lion.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lead Lion with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Amendments

Lead Lion may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
